Okay, so we realize that it's been a while since we last posted something. Sorry! Life just happens sometimes! Here are some cute shots of our little fairy princess and elephant from this weekend. FYI: The little monkey is our neighbor.
For those of you not too familiar with Las Vegas, these pictures might actually shock you. Yes, they're taken here and only about 40 minutes from where we live. With "excessive heat warnings" in the valley this weekend, we decided to go up to Mount Charleston to enjoy the cooler temperatures and let our daughter explore!
Well, better late than never! Today we finally got to bless our little guy, and we got to share the occasion with our neighbors and friends the Jensens as they also blessed their daughter. It was a blessed day!
We were just hanging out with our neighbors the Jensens, and decided to line the kids up for some pictures. Oh yes, our daughter had to add one of her dolls as well. : )
Yes, it's true! There's an amazing, private "zoo" in Moapa, NV that's only open to the public a few days a year. We had heard some great things about it, and decided to go check it out. WOW! It was really neat! Here are just a few of the pictures we took that day.
. . . and he's finally cleared for his first bath, which was VERY different from big sister's first experience in the tub. While she SCREAMED through the entire thing, he just "chilled."
It's been a while, but as you can see, we really have a legitimate reason! Our little boy is doing great and his big sister adores him, even if she doesn't always appreciate how much attention we have to give him. Needless to say, we feel very, very blessed!
I don't know what's scarier, the fact that this is a completely spontaneous pose for our daughter, or the we think it's adoreable. Yes, our little drama queen and she's not even 2 yet!
